NTT VLink is a Layer 2 Virtual Private Network (L2VPN) solution that was created to over the cost and inflexibility of ATM,  and private line solutions while reducing the need to manage disparate technology platforms Leveraging NTT’s our innovative Global IP Network and Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) infrastructure, VLink adds Layer 3 flexibility and scalability to the dedicated traffic paths and management capabilities associated with widely used Layer 2 technologies such as ATM and frame relay.

Virtual circuits are defined on NTT’s Global IP Network to increase quality of service while providing reliable service delivery.
