3. Description
First NTT Europe will do an onsite survey of your existing equipment and meet with you to listen to your requirements for the new equipment. Our engineers will provide a selection of quotes and recommendations suitable to your environment and budget.
Once you decide to go forward, our engineers will purchase the equipment, whether it be 1, 10 or 50 PCs, laptops, monitors etc. and will tailor to your requirements, for example maybe 2 PCs require extra memory or a laptop requires a Wi-fi network card. Our engineers are multi-lingual and can provide Operating Systems and applications in languages other than English.
Once the equipment is configured at the NTT Europe office, it will be delivered to your location and our engineers will complete the integration of the equipment into your network. NTT Europe can migrate data and settings from your old PCs/laptops if required.
If you decide that you no longer want your old equipment, NTT Europe can dispose of it securely (all data will be wiped) and in accordance with The UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive). This directive came into force in the UK on 2nd January 2007. From the 2nd January, businesses are required by law to ensure they responsibly recycle and dispose of their unwanted electrical equipment.
